Mr. R. S. Yadav is an eminent edupreneur, engineer, academic revolutionary, and social contributor in India. He initiated a venturesome attempt through raising Chaudhari Atarsingh Yadav Educational Trust's Siddhant Group of Institutions near Chakan, Pune. This was his adroit endeavour to create a professional educational Set Up in semi rural area with a dream to create an educational matrix. It was inclusive of professional degrees of streams like Engineering, Management, Computer Application, Pharmacy, and International School. He cherished his thoughts to create a wonderful environment that is necessary for uplifting students of medium level strata of society through his KG to PG program. He rekindled the spirit of youth towards building the academic zone in suburb of Pune.

Dr. S. N. Tiwary has graduated in Economics with Honors. He has possessed double postgraduate degree in Economics with specialization in Advance Monetary Economics and Master in International Business Management. He has completed his Ph.D. in the management functional area of HRM and Marketing under the faculty of Economics. His professional qualifications include Certificate of Faculty Development Programme (FDP) IIM-Ahmedabad, one year with elective of HRM and OB Postgraduate Diploma in Cooperative Management (Moscow, USSR), Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development, ISTD, New Delhi. He has undergone exclusive training programme organized by Thaname Valley University London on the subject of Designing of Training Programme and Designing and Delivering of Lecture. His credential includes S P Pune university approved Principal and director, Ph. D guide in the faculty of management, Member of Research Recognition Committee (RRC) of Management Faculty. He was Appointed by UGC as HRM and OB subject expert of the team constituted for revision of syllabus of management NET exam. He is credited with nine Ph.D. awarded students and more than 20 publications. He has 35 years of hard core Teaching & training experience including the 21 year with National Council for Cooperative, Training, New Delhi, fully financed by Government of India and Professor of Economics and marketing Mekelle University, Ethiopia under UNDP project. Director of various Pune university affiliated Management institute Professor in Economics and Marketing Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
